Great success again this year at ROTOTOM SUNSPLASH with Ecozona Iberian Water Houses! The water distributed by our Water Houses made the difference, providing the 250,000 participants of Europe’s most famous Reggae festival with good, always fresh, micro-filtered, sanitised and above all available KM 0 water!
We are now in the era of sustainability, and Rototom SUNSPLASH was the first European festival to certify its carbon footprint, thanks in part to the Ecozona Iberian Water Houses, which produced the following environmental results this year:
- 12,000 litres of water delivered
- 24,000 unused PET plastic bottles
- 1,296 kg of plastic waste NOT PRODUCED
- 23,208 kg of CO2 NOT EMITTED into the atmosphere
- 7,440 litres of oil NOT CONSUMED for the production of bottles and their transport
