Once again this year, Ecozona Iberian made a difference by installing MAC fountains at Wanderlust 2024, the sporting event that took place in three beautiful Italian cities: Milan, Venice and Rome.
The many participants were able to quench their thirst with good and always fresh water. A continuous service that did not generate queues or crowds, but a place to meet and talk after the exertions of an intense sport. The MAC fountains at Wanderlust 2024, arranged in a row in a single refreshment area, produced, in the total of the three events, an important environmental result that we report below:
- 6,380 total liters of water delivered
- 12,760 PET plastic bottles NOT USED
- 370.04 kg PLASTIC WASTE NOT PRODUCED
- 6,124.8 kg of CO2 NOT EMITTED to the atmosphere
- 1,964.44 liters of OIL NOT USED for the production of bottles and their transportation
Despite the rain during the last event in Rome, the service of the MAC fountains at Wanderlust 2024 continued without interruption, enthusiastically welcoming all those who decided to participate!
